The Violators

About

The Violators are the Philadelphia-based backing band of indie rock and folk rock singer-songwriter Kurt Vile. The current lineup - Jesse Trbovich (guitar, saxophone), Kyle Spence (drums) and Adam Langellotti (bass, keyboards) - works with Vile both in the studio and on tour. The band rose to wider recognition through albums such as Wakin on a Pretty Daze (2013) and Bottle It In (2018), and in 2026 they backed Vile on his tenth studio album, Philadelphia's been good to me.
