Thomas Anders (born Bernd Weidung, 1 March 1963 in Münstermaifeld, Germany) is a German singer, songwriter and record producer, best known as the lead vocalist of the Eurodisco duo Modern Talking, which he formed with Dieter Bohlen in 1983. The duo's debut single "You're My Heart, You're My Soul" reached No. 1 in 81 countries, and combined sales of Modern Talking and Anders' solo work have topped 125 million records worldwide. He has maintained an active solo career since the group's final split in 2003, releasing German-language albums and collaborating with Florian Silbereisen.
Thomas Anders launched the album series '...Sings Modern Talking', re-recording all six first-era Modern Talking albums to mark the duo's 40th anniversary; the first instalment was released on 7 March 2025.
