Triggerfinger is a Belgian rock band from Lier, formed in 1998 by vocalist/guitarist Ruben Block and drummer Mario Goossens. Rooted in blues, stoner rock and hard rock, they broke through across Europe with their 2012 acoustic cover of Lykke Li's 'I Follow Rivers', which topped the charts in Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. Their 2017 album Colossus sold platinum in Belgium and filled 8,000-capacity venues at home. After a sabbatical extended by the pandemic and the 2025 death of long-time bassist Paul Van Bruystegem, Block and Goossens returned with new singles and a new album due in 2026.
