Instrumental Tribute to Meladze | Chamber Music Concert
An instrumental chamber concert paying tribute to the compositions of renowned singer Valery Meladze.
Valery Meladze (born 23 June 1965 in Batumi, Georgian SSR) is a Georgian-born Russian pop singer, producer and TV host who rose to fame in the early 1990s. His wide-range baritone and a string of romantic ballads written by his brother Konstantin made him one of the most recognisable voices in post-Soviet pop. He holds the title of Merited Artist of the Russian Federation (2006) and has toured internationally across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Meladze released the single 'Igry' (Games) in spring 2025, his second new track in six months.
On 22 April 2025, Meladze performed at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of his 60th-anniversary world tour.
The 60th-anniversary tour launched in Baku on 28 February 2025 to a sold-out crowd.
In November 2024, Meladze released the duet single 'Zima tak blizko' (Winter Is So Close) together with his brother Konstantin.
A new European tour is scheduled for 2026-2027, with concerts in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Prague, Warsaw, Wroclaw, Budapest and other cities.
