About

Viktor Frankl (1905–1997) was an Austrian psychiatrist, neurologist, and philosopher, and the founder of logotherapy — a psychotherapeutic approach centred on the search for meaning in life. He survived several Nazi concentration camps, an experience that profoundly shaped his thinking. He described his experiences and theory in the book Man's Search for Meaning.
