VOWWS are an Australian duo - singer-guitarist Matt James and singer-keyboardist Rizz - based in Los Angeles, who coined the term 'Death-Pop' for their blend of industrial electronics, darkwave and cinematic alternative rock. Formed in Sydney and relocated to LA around 2014, they have released three albums and toured extensively alongside Deftones, Poppy, Jerry Cantrell and Marilyn Manson. Their 2025 album 'I'll Fill Your House With an Army', co-produced by Billy Howerdel (A Perfect Circle) and featuring Korn guitarist Munky, marks their most ambitious work to date.
