Weingut Vereinigte Hospitien is a winery in Trier whose cellars, partly dating back to Roman times, are considered the oldest wine cellars in Germany. The estate grew out of a merger of medieval charitable institutions and still tends vineyards along the Moselle and Saar rivers, with Riesling as its main variety.
