Daniel Ottensamer is an Austrian clarinettist who has served as principal clarinettist of the Vienna Philharmonic since 2011. He comes from a musical family — his father Ernst Ottensamer held the same position. Alongside his orchestral work, he is active as a chamber musician and soloist on the international stage.
