• Zeche Carl: 14 Mar / 11 Apr / 16 May / 13 Jun / 18 Jul / 15 Aug / 12 Sep / 17 Oct 2026
• Any changes will be announced on the website.

Registration & stand
• Registration opens every Monday two weeks before the market date, from 10:00.
• Stand fee: 12 € for 3 m width, payable when purchasing the ticket.
• Registration (tickets) online only: www.zechecarl.de > Projekte & Stadtteil > Kinderflohmarkt or the Zeche Carl ticket shop.
• Choose the "Print at home" option to avoid additional postage costs.
• No refunds, except if the event is cancelled by Zeche Carl.
• After registration: confirmation by email including a PDF ticket with QR code (check your spam folder too).
• The ticket must be shown on the day of the event in digital or printed form (scanned). An order confirmation is not sufficient.

Who can take part?
• Supervision: All participating children must be supervised at all times. A parent or legal guardian must be present and responsible throughout the event.
• No free spots: There are no longer any free spots - not even for children under 12. Every registration is subject to a fee.
• One registration per stand, even for shared stands.

Standing next to someone?
• If you want to stand next to a specific person, arrive at the entrance together - no need to request this in advance.

Schedule on market day
• Set-up: 7:00-9:15
• Market: 9:30-13:00
• Pack-up: from 12:45 - no cars on site before then

What can be sold?
• Used children's items only (e.g. clothing, toys). No new goods, no commercial selling.

Stands & parking
• Stand positions are assigned on site.
• Parking available on the grounds; staff will direct you.

Weather
• No alternative venue in case of bad weather.
• Bring your own gazebo or tarpaulin.

Rubbish
• Take everything with you when you leave, including rubbish and unsold items.
