CHORMÄLEON mal ANDERS

Experience an evening of concert music showcasing the full diversity of a cappella singing: modern and vibrant, rhythmic and melancholic, entertaining and highly musical.

CHORMÄLEON - the choir of DHBW Stuttgart e. V. has invited the Freiburg-based a cappella band ANDERS to perform at the 14th Stuttgart Choral Days. The shared goal: a concert where every fan of vocal music finds something special. To achieve this, both groups will spend an entire day rehearsing together, working on groove, sound, and stage presence.

CHORMÄLEON stands for "always different, always good." The repertoire featuring songs from pop, musical, rock, evergreen, and ballad genres is chosen by the choir members themselves. Conductor Holger Frank Heimsch thoroughly prepares the ensemble for numerous stage performances. Each concert becomes a celebration and a musical highlight.

ANDERS are Germany's a cappella poets. In their current programme "So kurz davor," the five singers tackle life in all its facets through their own poetic lens. ANDERS deliver a spectacular a cappella show with distinctive pop sound, authentic songs, and an audience connection that is unmatched. The Freiburg ensemble demonstrates that they can already compete with the biggest names in the scene.

The evening is complemented by participants of the "Sing mal ANDERS" workshop, who have worked intensively with ANDERS' songs beforehand and will enrich the concert programme with their voices.
