Tarot - The Musical

A fortune teller at a carnival lays out cards and foresees complications and dangers for a young couple in love. The Devil wants to claim the soul of beautiful Jana and get rid of her friend Andy - and shuffles the cards in his favour. Magical forces determine the course of events until the Devil finally manages to lure Jana into the "golden cage".

The musical is based on themes from the 2016 film version of Tarot, which had its world premiere at the Lichtburg cinema in Essen in 2019.

Starring: Beate Wood as the fortune teller, James Wood as the Devil, Désirée Burger as Jessica, Katharina Örnek as Jana, Raffael Schmidtkord as Andy - plus dancers, chorus and extras.
