The Spengler family is back! After the wild 70s in "Schlager lügen nicht", this time the story plunges into the colourful, crazy 80s. Doro dreams of becoming a make-up artist and moving to Berlin - but her boyfriend Jürgen has little sympathy for the idea. Amid perms, neon colours and radio classics, this perfectly ordinary family embarks on a new musical adventure full of heart, humour and familiar hits from the Neue Deutsche Welle era.
