Description was written before the event

Malena Azul and Matías Arriazu perform a distinctive blend of original Argentine pieces and their own compositions - on six-string bass and eight-string guitar.

Alongside classical foundations, contemporary sound languages of the 20th century come into play, without denying the roots of the music - quite the opposite: they become particularly pronounced as a result.

Shared timbre and constant interaction define the duo, while still leaving room for guests: At the concert in Tempel, Filipe Moreno (bass) and Ítalo da Silva are invited as exclusive guests.
