Shorties #25

"Shorties" brings thematically connected works from puppet theatre, dance, and film to a single stage - an evening that embraces both lightness and artistic seriousness.

PUPPET THEATRE
Boxed - Ariel Doron (DE/IL)

What is this? Is it me? Is it you? Is it real? Or just a joke? Time to open the box! Please close it again. I'm scared.
A funny, sensitive, and eerie fantasy about a lonely man trying to make contact with himself and the world.

DANCE
Wonder Valley - Alessandro Giaquinto and Laura Miotti

"Wonder Valley" offers a fresh perspective on memory and identity. The duet follows the dynamics of play and captures the freedom, curiosity, and euphoria of childhood - choreographically translated into the unpredictable physicality of play.

SHORT FILM
Thematically curated by Giovanna Thierry, director of the Stuttgart Film Winter.
