The Frog Prince - Children Perform for Children

The princess loses her golden ball. The frog helps her - but only in exchange for a promise. She must learn to keep her word and overcome her fear in order to finally transform the frog into a prince.

In this interactive theatre, one actor embodies all the fairy-tale roles and tells the story vividly and dynamically. The children don't just listen - they actively participate: they can call out to the actor on stage, contribute their ideas, and at many points even perform on stage themselves. Their impulses spontaneously shape the story, so each performance unfolds differently.

Directed by Johannes Galli, with music specially composed for this production by Johannes Galli & Michael Summ. A CD featuring all the fairy-tale songs from the show (including backing tracks and lyrics) is available at the theatre after the performance.
