Goldmund Quartett

The Goldmund Quartett - a four-member ensemble from Munich comprising Florian Schötz and Pinchas Adt (violin), Christoph Vandory (viola) and Raphael Paratore (cello) - brings together two musical worlds in this concert at Bürgersaal Stadtbergen: Haydn's String Quartet op. 20 No. 6 and Dvořák's String Quartet op. 106 stand alongside pieces from their album DAHOAM, which gathers Alpine folk music and homeland-inspired works - performed on Stradivari instruments.

The quartet has received numerous awards, including at the ARD Music Competition, the Bavarian Arts Promotion Prize, the Melbourne International Chamber Music Competition, and the Wigmore Hall International String Quartet Competition in London. Internationally, it has performed at venues including the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, and Suntory Hall in Tokyo.
