Cooking Course Basic (Classic)

This 4-hour cooking course is aimed at fish lovers who want to learn the fundamentals of modern fish cuisine or build on existing skills. The evening kicks off with a glass of sparkling wine before the culinary expert outlines the programme. Together with the other participants, you then prepare a 4-course menu under professional guidance.

The price covers all ingredients, use of the kitchen, and drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks, and coffee specialities). An apron is provided for the duration of the event.
