PORTRAIT XO
The Cost of Connection is an audiovisual live performance by Portrait XO that combines sonified data with visual elements tied to the UN's 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The project renders socially relevant data in an expressive, experiential form, aiming to spark public debate around ethical AI and sustainability - framed as a response to the escalating challenges of climate change.

HAZE & LUX
Haze & Lux operate at the intersection of live music, sound art, generative visuals, and creative technology. No two shows are alike: the lineup can shift, the setup change, the space reshape the outcome. Sometimes it's a concert, sometimes an installation, sometimes something in between. What stays constant is the approach - everything happens live, in the moment, in exchange with the room and with each other.

Synthesizers, field recordings, live instruments, and vocals interlock to build sound spaces that pulse and constantly reconfigure. Generative live visuals and creative code transform light, shape, and movement into a living counterpart to the sound - not decoration, but part of the performance itself.

About the congress (11-12 Sep 2026)
This nationwide congress on artificial intelligence in the music industry brings together practice, research, and artistic perspectives - from tools and workflows to legal questions around music production, film sound, and creative media. The programme includes live-coding sessions, workshops on sound design and audio synthesis, panels on legal and ethical issues around AI music, voice cloning, and training data.
