Langenargener Festspiele | Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn - Morning Performance
Konzertmuschel Langenargen, Germany
Based on Mark Twain's famous novel, the adventurous world of the Mississippi comes to life against the backdrop of Lake Constance: Tom Sawyer loves freedom, mischief and adventure. Together with his best friend Huckleberry Finn, he roams a world full of dares, pranks and big dreams. But one day the two stumble into a situation that changes everything: they secretly witness a quarrel that ends in a tragic accident - and must stay silent as their friend Muff Potter is wrongly arrested.
What starts as a game puts friendship, loyalty and courage to the test. Tom and Huck learn to stand up for each other and take responsibility - and along the way Tom discovers with Becky Thatcher what it means to fall in love for the first time, without losing his curiosity and spirit of adventure.
Performances run from 27 June to 9 August 2026 at the Konzertmuschel in the castle park of Langenargen. In bad weather, the show moves to the Münzhof, a historic tithe barn in Langenargen.
