Ralf Senkel moves between the boundaries of comedy and cabaret, and although he always sits on stage, he doesn't occupy any genre permanently. It's up to the audience to recognize this balancing act. Equipped linguistically and at heart with a generous dose of Rhineland spirit, he takes you into his small world.

In his village he is known like a colorful character - not just because of his incomparable fashionable jacket, which he really always wears. Nevertheless - according to his own words he has no "metabolic problems", even though that's precisely why people attribute them to him.

Ralf's so-called "professional inactivity" gives him time to observe. That's why his stories come straight from everyday life - sometimes quirky, sometimes serious, but always sharply grasped and most importantly: incredibly funny. Unintentionally funny? "No, I do this quite voluntarily!"

Ralf Senkel is among other things a prize-winner of the Dattelner and Kremenholler Kleinkunstpreise, nominated for Tegtmeiers Erben 2023 and a regular guest in the shows of Quatsch Comedy Club.
