Reading: "Nährstoff-Therapie" — Hugendubel Berlin Steglitz, Berlin

On 17 September 2026, Dr. med. Helena Orfanos-Boeckel will read from her SPIEGEL bestseller "Nährstoff-Therapie" at Hugendubel in Berlin-Steglitz. The book dismantles common myths about hormones and widespread misconceptions about vitamins, and explains why many people - despite a healthy diet, regular exercise and meditation - still struggle with a poorly functioning metabolism. She also makes the case for why individualised nutrient and hormone therapy can make sense, both as prevention and as treatment.

Dr. Orfanos-Boeckel is an internist, nephrologist and specialist in orthomolecular medicine and bioidentical hormone therapy. After a ten-year residency at the Freie Universität Berlin (now Charité), she has been running her own practice in holistic internal medicine, metabolic health and preventive medicine in Berlin since 2002.
