Cabaret Evening with Marianne Schätzle - "Schätzle packt aus"

On Friday, 28 August 2026 at 7:30 pm, Marianne Schätzle presents her cabaret show "Schätzle packt aus" at the Wasserschloß Bad Rappenau.

Schätzle remembers how things used to be - and tackles the absurdities of modern life with playful energy and a sharp sense of humour. As a craftsman's wife caught between traditional gender roles, digital chaos and a living room that's permanently under construction, she reveals just how funny everyday life can be when you look at it with a bit of self-deprecation.

Whether in the kitchen, at the hardware store or arguing with the sat-nav - situations arise that only real life could write. TVs that go on strike without passwords and updates, sat-navs that speak different languages - quite literally - or bicycles heavier than you'd ever want to push. With a direct gaze and a knowing wink, the show explores how to keep your cool between tradition and progress - or at least give it a good try.
