Sommer Special with Lost Basement Tapes

Three former members of the band "Grincher" search for a new bassist after twenty years of shared history. They dig through record collections in a home basement, hunt for the right songs, and lock themselves in a rehearsal room for an indefinite period. The result: Lost Basement Tapes - four musicians with a carefully balanced mix of rock classics and rarities. Their setlist features Neil Young, Santana, The Doors, Gary Clark Jr., and Queens of the Stone Age, often interpreted in unconventional ways and peppered with expansive organ and guitar solos.

Line-up: Florian Frietsch (guitar, vocals, harp), Manuel Brenneisen (organ, piano), Alexander Hutzel (bass, vocals), Sebastian Müller (drums).

The event takes place outdoors; in bad weather it moves indoors. Doors open at 18:00. Entry is free; the musicians welcome donations. Table reservations are possible but only held until 18:30 - unused reservations expire after half an hour. Info: 07221 39 80 11
