Following last year's overwhelming success, Kai Podack and the Grand Central Bigband return to the stage of Burg Stettenfels on 6 August 2026 - with a very special occasion in mind: 2026 marks the tenth anniversary of Roger Cicero's death. Reason enough to honour his musical legacy once more with an evening of soul, swing and heartfelt emotion.

Kai Podack, a celebrated jazz vocalist known from the a cappella group Füenf, again brings together his passion for Cicero's music and his own bigband compositions. Alongside Roger Cicero's greatest hits, audiences can this time also look forward to selected songs from Podack's widely praised allstar bigband album "Swing ist mein Ding" - pieces unmistakably inspired by Cicero's style and stamped with Podack's own distinctive voice.

As in 2025, the Grand Central Bigband delivers a full, rich sound, brilliant arrangements and genuine bigband atmosphere. The blend of musical class, authentic stage presence and a touch of humour made last year's concert an emotional highlight for everyone there - and promises the same again this time.

Expect a musical bridge between tradition and the contemporary, a tribute to Roger Cicero, and new facets of Kai Podack as singer, entertainer and composer.
