Muslim political scientist Saba-Nur Cheema and Israeli historian Meron Mendel are among the most prominent voices in contemporary socio-political debate. In their joint book "Die Empörungsfalle" (Kiepenheuer & Witsch), they ask what a democratic culture of disagreement can look like - one that doesn't flatten differences but learns to live with them.
