Deborah Bonham

Presented by Musix & Goodtimes

DEBORAH BONHAM is the sister of Led Zeppelin drummer JOHN BONHAM and the aunt of JASON BONHAM - the only drummer ever permitted to step into John Bonham's shoes in Led Zeppelin. At just 17 she was already recording her first songs with Jason, at ROBERT PLANT's house no less. Her debut album "For You and the Moon" reached number 5 on the UK NME charts.

From the mid-90s her career shifted into a higher gear. Tours took her to the US, where she shared stages with Slash, Brian Johnson (AC/DC) and Terry Reid, among others. More studio albums followed - with JASON BONHAM on drums throughout. Since then DEBORAH BONHAM has toured relentlessly, appearing alongside Van Halen, Paul Rodgers, Jools Holland and Foreigner. At the Cropedy Festival 2025, ROBERT PLANT even joined her - together they played a handful of Led Zeppelin songs.
