Strawinsky Symphonic Vibes - Jugendsinfonieorchester JSO and ODEON Jugendsinfonieorchester München

Under the title "Strawinsky Symphonic Vibes", the Jugendsinfonieorchester JSO of the Mönchengladbach Music School and the ODEON Jugendsinfonieorchester München join forces at the Kaiser-Friedrich-Halle on Saturday, 3 September 2026 at 19:30.

The ODEON is stopping in Mönchengladbach as part of its rehearsal and concert tour through Germany. The ODEON is conducted by Julio Doggenweiler Fernández, the JSO by Merve Bianca Sorgente.

The programme opens with John Williams' "Raiders March", followed by Jean Sibelius' "Andante festivo" and Camille Saint-Saëns' "Danse macabre" - performed together by both orchestras. The second half belongs to the ODEON alone, with Igor Stravinsky's "Petrushka Suite".

The concert runs for about an hour with no interval, making it a good option for families.
