Piano Recital with Claire Huangci

Claire Huangci performs a piano recital on Wednesday, 26 August 2026 at 19:00 in Schloss vor Husum. The pianist brings her German tour to this Renaissance castle on the outskirts of Husum, built in the sixteenth century as a ducal residence. This is the first of two German dates, offering listeners an opportunity to hear her interpretations of works by Fanny Hensel, Clary Schumann, Amy Beach, Florence Price, John Corigliano, and Samuel Barber. The castle's moat and formal gardens are among the most distinctive features of the Schleswig-Holstein landscape, and the venue's concert halls are known for their acoustic qualities.
