Mr. Fox, the world-famous author, doesn't just write books - he also likes to eat them after reading. He really should be finishing his new book, but ever since a strange insect stung him in the bottom, nothing has been the same: Mr. Fox has fallen head over heels in love and now speaks only in poems. Franziska Biermann reads from the book - with a quick-draw sketching session included.

Franziska Biermann studied at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences for Design and has been writing and illustrating children's books since 1999. In 2002 she received the Troisdorfer Bilderbuchpreis for "Herr Fuchs mag Bücher"; the book was staged as a theatre production in Kiel and Cologne in 2007/8 and has since been translated into 14 languages. Since 2007 it has also been published in Korea, where it additionally runs as a musical. Biermann lives and works with her family in Hamburg.
