Screening of "DDT XX Century" in Leipzig

"DDT XX Century" is an ambitious artistic project that tells the history of a nation through the songs of the band DDT. Director Sergey Kuznetsov constructs a narrative spanning the entire Russian twentieth century, transforming each song into a separate story.

Characters from well-known compositions come alive on screen: dramatic scenes interweave with documentary footage, archival materials, and animation.
