Culcha Candela - MONSTA Open Air

Culcha Candela - Chino, Mateo, Johnny Strange and Don Cali - have been active for over 22 years, with more than five million records sold, nearly 35 gold and platinum awards, and over 1,500 live shows to their name. The Berlin collective keeps pushing forward: they recently recorded the title track for the Handball European Championship in Germany ("Celebration"), celebrated the 15th anniversary of their smash hit "MONSTA" in September 2024 with the brand-new MONSTA 15 EP, and dropped the new single KILLAH the same month.

A major arena tour follows in March 2025 - and in between, MONSTA Open Air at Burgtheater Dinslaken is on the schedule.

Beyond music, Culcha Candela are involved in social causes including BeAnAngel e.V., Die Arche, ActionKids, Laut Gegen Nazis, Pro Asyl, Seebrücke and Afrika Rise.
