Ruhrpottexpress - a public transport comedy full of delays
Mondpalast, Herne, Germany
24.9 €
What happens when four very different people are crammed into a tight space under pressure? The Mondpalast answers that question with its summer comedy "Ruhrpott-Express" - showing that the daily ordeals of public transport can actually be pretty funny. As long as you're not the one stuck in them.
The four passengers experience just about everything that can go wrong on a train journey these days. Joining them is a conductor who fancies himself a one-man entertainment show - a source of more than a few surprises for travellers and audience alike.
The play is written by resident author Sigi Domke. Stefanie Otten makes her Mondpalast directing debut, and the ensemble delivers a spirited performance.
