Vogler Quartett & Nikolaus Friedrich

Vogler Quartett with clarinetist Nikolaus Friedrich performs at Schloss Schwetzingen on Saturday, 3 October 2026 at 19:00. This is one of two German dates for the ensemble. The programme opens with Mozart's celebrated string quartet in D minor, KV 421, the composer's only work in that key. The audience will then hear the world premiere of a work by Sascha Lino Lemke, followed by Robert Fuchs's clarinet quintet in E-flat major from the late nineteenth century. The ensemble combines the traditional warmth of strings with the rich tone of the basset clarinet, creating an intimate chamber setting.
