The German Winds orchestra invites you to the 3rd European Orchestra Festival at kulturWERKwissen - joined by three guest ensembles: the Quintett der Polizeimusik Oberösterreich, the Gwalia London Male Choir, and the pop choir Cantando from Portsmouth. The festival is part of the "Sommer im Kulturwerk" series. German Winds performs under the direction of Sven Hellinghausen.

Proceeds from the concert will go to the Wünschewagen of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund, an organisation that grants final wishes to the seriously ill.

The Minister-President of Rhineland-Palatinate, Gordon Schnieder, is expected as a guest of honour. Representatives from the European Parliament, the Bundestag, and the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament have also announced their attendance.
