In the deepest cellar of Villa Artich live the Krumpflinge: small, green, pointy-eared, furry creatures with a fondness for mischief and mean tricks. They've set up their Krumpfburg in a pile of junk, and they brew their beloved Krumpftea from the swear words that seep down through the drainpipes from the flat above.

When the young Artich family moves in - motto: "We're the Artichs and we're also well-behaved" - the clan faces a serious tea crisis. No swearing, no tea. Something has to change.

Now it's up to Egon, the smallest of the bunch - actually far too nice for a proper Krumpfling. What he's really made of will soon become clear.
