Discounts
Reduced admission is available for children and young people under 18, school pupils, students, apprentices, Warnowpass holders, pensioners, people with severe disabilities, and Bundeswehr personnel with a military ID. Proof must be shown at the entrance without being asked - without proof, the full price applies. Children aged 5 and under enter free (no separate ticket required, no seat entitlement). The family ticket applies to groups of 3 or more with at least 1 child.

Wheelchair users and people with severe disabilities holding a "B" designation may bring one companion free of charge; the companion still needs a separate ticket, which must be booked in addition.

Security
Bags and luggage are only permitted up to the maximum size of DIN A4.

These recordings may be processed, used and publicly broadcast by the named parties and affiliated companies.
