Arternum e.V. - Cambaz's Funeral

"Cambaz's Funeral" is an award-winning black comedy staged as an intercultural theatre project. The production combines traditional Turkish Meddâh storytelling art with contemporary theatre - and presents this tradition for the first time on a German stage in the German language.

People with migration backgrounds actively participate in the production; the shared creative process aims to strengthen cultural education, integration, and social participation. The project is entirely funded by the association Arternum e.V.'s own resources.
