Galway Calling brings Irish music from the region: Bernd Galyga on keyboard accordion, Joe Höfele on vocals and various flutes, and Pit Mayer on guitar, mandolin and foot percussion. Soundman Thorsten Ganz occasionally joins on guitar.

The repertoire spans well-known traditionals, ballads and sea shanties through to folk-rock and folk-punk - with new and original songs regularly making the setlist too.

The event takes place outdoors but will move inside if the weather turns. Doors open at 18:00.
