Morley - Three Voices, One Feeling

As part of the series "Ganz Gut Für ´ne Frau", Kofferfabrik presents a concert by MORLEY - three jazz-trained singers from northwestern Germany. Lydia Schiller, Melissa Muther and Rosa Kremp met as a vocal trio assembled by Thilo Wolf for the musical production "Swing Street" at Fürth's Stadttheater and subsequently founded their own music project.

Musically, MORLEY moves between folk singer-songwriter pop and jazz influences, inspired by The Staves, Mountain Man, I'm with her and Crosby, Stills & Nash. The arrangements are more complex than typical folk pop, yet remain always accessible. The focus is on the three voices: closely woven together, in balance, without one overshadowing the other - as WAZ describes it: "The stars on stage are the three voices, and that's exactly how it should be".
