BOOK SIGNING: "My Inner Grandmother"

On October 8, 2026, Franca Cerutti signs her new book "My Inner Grandmother" at the Hugendubel bookstore in Frankfurt. The event is free, and advance registration is available.

The book poses the question: what would we do if we could ask our 90-year-old self for advice - an inner voice that knows our daily life and understands what truly matters? Drawing on psychological foundations and therapeutic practice, Cerutti shows how to cultivate this inner grandmother and how she can help us let go of guilt, perfectionism, and endless self-comparison.

Franca Cerutti is an accredited psychotherapist, supervisor, and author of the bestseller "Psychology on the Go!". Her podcast of the same name ranks among Germany's most popular; she writes columns for magazines including Brigitte and NZZ, and recently appeared as an expert in the ARD documentary series "Family Therapy". Since Cerutti lives on the edge of the Ruhr region, her inner grandmother is fittingly called "Omma".
