About the venue: PACT Zollverein

PACT Zollverein is a centre for contemporary performing arts located on the UNESCO World Heritage site of the former Zollverein coal mine in Essen. Housed in the colliery's restored bathhouse (Waschkaue), it hosts dance, theatre, and performance productions alongside residencies and international co-productions. The industrial architecture of the building makes it one of the most distinctive venues in the Ruhr region.
