F.I.M. FESTIVAL '26 - International Festival of Improvised Music - Festival Ticket

The Forum for Improvised Music presents its four-day international festival featuring musicians from the national and international improvisation scene. Beyond concerts showcasing various forms of improvised and experimental music, the programme includes workshops, film, and interaction with dance.

The festival's featured instrument is the trumpet, which takes centre stage in various solo improvisations. Internationally established artists meet emerging protagonists of the genre, electronics merge with acoustics - from noise to contemporary improvised music. Performances take place on concert stages and in church spaces.

The festival is supported by sponsors and partners and is aimed at audiences in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region.
