Michael Krebs | Optimism - Now Heavily Discounted

For over 20 years, Michael Krebs has captivated audiences with songs full of grooving musicality and clever lyrics.

But even this notoriously good-humoured pianist has his doubts these days. Is his once-praised authenticity still acceptable in an age of "survival of the fakest"? Why does everyone think of belly, thighs, and buttocks when they hear "problem area", and no one thinks of the brain? And most importantly: is the future even still a solution?

"I no longer believe in humanity, but I still believe in humaneness," says Michael Krebs. And so his concerts are not the kind that let you forget the outside world for two hours. Much better: they let you see the world through different eyes. And that feels good. So good that you have to exaggerate not to lie.
