Micaela Odriozola Maglie's solo performance explores the concept of "sweetness" through the body - between the actual presence of sugar and its metaphorical implications. At its core lies the question of what it means to inhabit a "sweet" body and what happens when this "sweetness" crosses boundaries.

The project emerges from a personal experience with chronically elevated blood sugar levels and expands this condition into a broader reflection: "sweetness" becomes associated with care, femininity, desire, and self-control - not merely as a quality, but as an expectation imposed on the body.

Choreography, live music, sugar-laden stage elements, and real-time blood sugar measurement create a dense, sticky landscape where attraction and excess slowly shift into discomfort. As sugar accumulates on the body and in the space, "sweetness" transforms from pleasure into revelation - exposing the fragile balance between seduction, vulnerability, and exhaustion.
