SUNDIAL - A History of Armament

What follows is a global search for remote test sites - nature becomes contaminated with radiation, indigenous populations are displaced, and within two decades radioactive fallout is measurable everywhere on Earth.

Under the codename Sundial, US scientists and military officials discuss a bomb capable of destroying the entire planet with a single explosion. A four-member ensemble of actresses embarks on a documentary investigation, delves into the archive of the atomic age, and weaves together previously obscure documents from US intelligence agencies into a history of armament - with choreography, wit, and playful intensity.

The story of atomic madness remains untold: the US threatens new nuclear tests, Russia demonstrates new intercontinental missiles, Europe plans its own nuclear shield.
