International Castle Concerts: Raphael Brunner

In his solo programme IN THE BOX, Raphael Brunner combines world music, jazz and classical music into a personal sound space. Original compositions and arrangements tell of encounters, travels and moments from around the world - music as a connecting element between people, cultures and memories.

IN THE BOX asks what emerges when musical and cultural boundaries disappear: influences meet, merge and open space for new sonic worlds.
