The Colors of Time

An unexpected inheritance brings four distant relatives together in an abandoned country house in Normandy, where they uncover the mystery of their family history. In 1895, their ancestor Adèle, at age 21, travels to Paris in search of her mother - and experiences a city transforming into modernity, the triumph of photography, and the birth of impressionist painting.

As her descendants follow Adèle's traces, they reveal not only her story but also find their way to a shared future.

Directed by Cédric Klapisch. Starring Suzanne Lindon, Abraham Wapler, Julia Piaton, Vincent Macaigne, Zinedine Soualem, Paul Kircher, Vassili Schneider, Sara Giraudeau, and Cécile de France.
