Description was written before the event

Mahsa Vahdat, Iranian vocalist and one of the most celebrated voices in Persian music, brings her "My Voice Is My Home" European tour to Berlin. Her singing weaves together Sufi tradition and poetic sensitivity into a deeply moving musical experience.

About: Mahsa Vahdat

Mahsa Vahdat is an Iranian vocalist specializing in Persian classical and Sufi music. Rooted in the poetry of Rumi and Hafez, her voice has carried her to concert stages across Europe and beyond. She has recorded several albums, often alongside her sister Marjan Vahdat, and has been a vocal advocate for women's right to perform publicly in Iran.

About the venue: Passionskirche Kreuzberg

The Passionskirche is a Protestant church in Berlin-Kreuzberg, built in the late 19th century in a neo-Romanesque style. Beyond regular church services, it serves as a well-known cultural venue hosting concerts, choir performances, and community events. Its warm acoustics and historic interior make it a popular stage for classical and sacred music.
