About: The Toasters

The Toasters are an American ska band formed in New York City in 1981 by British-born frontman Robert "Bucket" Hingley. They are one of the pioneering acts of the third-wave ska movement and founded the influential Moon Ska Records label. Over four decades, the band has released numerous albums and toured extensively worldwide.

About the venue: Ratinger Hof

The Ratinger Hof is a legendary bar and music venue in Düsseldorf's Altstadt, closely associated with the German punk and new wave scene of the late 1970s and 1980s. It served as a key gathering place for bands such as Die Toten Hosen, Fehlfarben, and DAF, and remains an iconic address in German rock history. Today it continues to operate as a bar with live music events.
