About: Pohlmann

Hamburg-based singer-songwriter Ingo Pohlmann has been writing German-language pop-rock since his 2006 breakthrough, and his eighth studio album 'Beweggründe' marks a return after a two-year break from touring.

What's new

2025-12
Pohlmann released his eighth studio album 'Beweggründe' on 12 December 2025, followed by a Germany-wide tour in January and February 2026.
2025-08
In August 2025, Pohlmann announced a postponement of his planned December 2025 tour dates due to an acute herniated disc in his upper cervical spine that caused loss of strength in his fretting hand.
2025-06
Pohlmann launched a crowdfunding campaign in late June 2025 to finance the production of 'Beweggründe', which he described as very successful.
